Worshipful Master Kendrick Benford
Worshipful Master Kendrick Benford was born and raised in Houston, Texas, to parents Woodrow and Dorothy Smith. He grew up with two brothers, Shelby Benford and Woodrow Smith Jr., both of whom have since passed away. Kendrick is a proud father of three sons. His early education was shaped by his time at Allen and Hohl Elementary Schools, Shotwell Middle School, and Aldine High School. Kendrick went on to attend McMurry University and later graduated from Lone Star College with a Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security. Since 2000, Kendrick has worked in the IT field and is currently a Network Engineer for an oil and gas company.
Beyond his professional achievements, Kendrick is deeply committed to his Masonic duties. He serves as the Worshipful Master of Heights-Ionic Pride # 280 and is also a Holy Royal Arch Mason of John Henry Burch Chapter #2. Furthermore, he is a Noble of the Historic Doric Temple #76. Kendrick's leadership, dedication, and unwavering commitment to the principles of Freemasonry continue to inspire and guide those around him. His journey reflects a blend of professional expertise and a profound sense of community and brotherhood, underscoring his commitment to both his career and his Masonic obligations.

Senior Warden Chris Warren
Chris Warren is a husband, father of 4, and a Barber.
A native of Houston raised on the Northwest side of town where he attended Aldine Sr High School. He has been a member of this illustrious lodge since 2012, where he has served in many roles. Including but not limited to community service coordination,& investigations committee. Some of his extracurricular activities are wood work, Harley Davidson riding and cigar smoking. Additionally he is also restoring a 1982 Buick Regal. His journey through masonry was inspired by his Grandfather who was also a Prince Hall Mason in Houston. Thus far he has earned the degrees of the Holy Royal Arch of the John Henry Burch Chapter #2 and he is also a Noble of Doric Temple #76.

Darren Brooks is our enthusiastic Junior Warden, known for bringing energy and passion to every meeting and event. A dedicated member of our lodge, he embodies the spirit of brotherhood and commitment to service.
Outside of the lodge, Darren is a huge sports fan, passionately cheering for San Francisco 49ers. Whether it’s football, basketball, or baseball, he can often be found discussing game highlights or organizing friendly competitions among lodge members. This love for sports not only fosters camaraderie but also brings a sense of community and teamwork to our gatherings.
